Skipton - North Yorkshire
This commission to photograph the stunning Coniston Shooting Ground was to create a professional bank of images that truly reflects everything the club has to offer. Their team wanted photography that showcased the full range of shooting disciplines, the welcoming clubhouse and the sense of community at the ground.
Across the day, I covered everything from the Young Guns courses for children right up to the Olympic training area. I also photographed the warmth of the canadian wooden clubhouse cabin, the food on offer and details of the gunroom. To give a complete picture, I included drone photography for a fresh perspective of the grounds.
In total, I delivered over 550 images through my easy-to-use viewing platform, giving the team a complete library they can draw from for social media, website, and marketing. Having such a wide range of images means they no longer have to rely on a handful of visuals but can showcase the true spirit of Coniston.
It was a real pleasure to bring my family along for this project, staying next door at the exquisite Coniston Hotel. You might even spot my daughter Tilly in a few of the photographs. It really was a family affair and the team made us feel so welcome.
